like you I decided to go to a Dr. because my way wasn't working. I'm on a program where I limit my carb intake substantially, around 30 carbs a day, and instead of intense cardio like I've always done my doctor encouraged me to do strength training. I've been on this program since the day after Thanksgiving of last year and as of yesterday I've lost 50lbs.

I was in a bad way last Oct after a few months of dieting/exercise and holding my nose to the grind and I lost only 3lbs....so I decided to ask for help from a dr, I was so sick/tired of doing the same thing and failing.
