and grind it in a coffee grinder, then bag it and store it in the freezer. Flaxmeal goes rancid quickly.

However, it's fat that keeps you full the longest. Add extra butter, olive oil or even a few slices of avocado to meals and watch your appetite decrease. Must be low carb and low-no sugar for it to work.
