No legalization without it. In NJ - we are also stressed by the "Opioid Epidemic".

If we are going to molly coddle rich white kids who OD, are given the antidote, and are taken to the hospital still in possession of drugs -

Then we need to turn back the clock for MK dealers and users. MJ doesn't cause people to OD or waste EMT/Police time/services.
