So, I'm interested in any discussion of this that goes beyond a limited agenda to attack cannabis.

Also, the definition of IQ is very much up for grabs, so whatever research is being cited here needs to establish the authentic validity and reliability of whatever their measure is, i.e. the instrument by means of which IQ is identified and described.
