4. Many of the growers...

...around this neck of the woods are turning entire crops into 'oil' as per their federal license to grow. Not having to conceal their grow rooms or processing equipment takes away the fear of discovery that limited its use. One guy I've heard of, grows his plants straight up and then mashes pounds of beautiful buds (like the Rick Simpson method) into 'oil' which is, apparently a one toker.
