I bought myself a 'smart' watch to track my activity level. [View all]

Not an expensive one. It tracks my steps, oxygen saturation, heart beat and sleep pattern, among other things. VERY interesting. I had a not so good night's sleep and it's definitely reflected in what the reading showed, this morning.

It connects to a 'Fit Bit' app. I have no idea what that is but my niece said she will explain it to me so I can decide if I want to connect.

Anyone else use one of these?
