It was recommended to my by my eye doctor, of all people. I started drinking a small glass daily about 1.5 years ago and have not had one sniffle. Not one! Had to try a bunch of kinds to find the one I like but well worth it.
In the meantime, take care! Water and hot baths/showers. Put your head over a pot of hot water right off the stove with a towel over your head. These are the ways my mother handled them.
