6. I moved the Wednesday appt to Aug 3, which is AFTER my therapy appointment

I just need a little more time to shake off the anxiety and 'get a grip' so I'm aiming towards avoiding as much stress as possible. And I'd like advice from Henry about how I should approach this next appointment.

Also I really didn't want to see this woman just 2 days after she is 'talked to' about how she interacted with me. I think a little time and distance will do us both good.
