ran for retiring Joe Lieberman's seat in 2012, against that horror Linda McMahon. His campaign literature stressed his full throated support for women's rights and specifically a woman's right to choose. No wishy washy language at all. He and Dick Blumenthal are two terrific U.S. Senators and I am so proud of them. Dick and wife Cindy has helped Planned Parenthood's fundraising in Greenwich, when I was working for the statewide office.

These are two good men. They put their butts on the line and do not waver one bit...
