14. I give my indoor plants that I start early to plant outside

24 hrs of light from April to end of May. If they get less than 12 hrs, they will begin flowering. Excessive heat also makes plants flower early.

You can get really cheap grow lights from Amazon - clip on grow lights and some are on a long stick you just stick in pot.
