17. Weve been through this recently...sister in law lasted two days. She was a

fabulous sister and silaw, but her time had run out. Thank goodness the lack of oxygen kept her knocked out so she wasn't so aware of struggling to breathe. You get to the point where you are just glad for a lack of discomfort or suffering. My husband reached the same point with his first wife. Death can be a desired release. Still, it's so difficult to lose a parent....
