Except for the Garcia case, AFAIK, the Trump administration, although playing cocky and coy, has not defied a federal court ruling after the ruling is handed down. They act with lawless impunity beforehand, but so far, haven’t defied a court order (within the narrow confines of some of the rulings).

With the DC court rulings that affect the entire executive branch, they have begrudgingly reinstated staff terminated by the DOGEbags (as the ruling applies to the specific categories of employees). Other rulings about frozen funds, etc. have been appealed with stays, so they aren’t being defied, just in limbo at this time.
