It’s not going to lead to where they think it is headed.

Due to the fact that who goes to college and graduates has changed drastically. Minorities and particularly women with professional backgrounds has surged over the last couple of decades. Meaning that if sex and other demographics are excluded from hiring and promotion decisions they are going to do even better.

Buuut, if the Trumpanzees insist on living in their Father Knows Best world. I’m not going to get in their way on this one.
