But I know here in Philly, the policy went into effect back in 2016 and our current mayor has sort of renamed it "A Welcoming City" but it's basically the same thing. Plus we have a lot of Quakers around here and they have had a couple lawsuits against the administration regarding ICE barging into their houses of worship to snatch the undocumented!
