Ahead of that, if possible, make sure as much as you can to back up contacts, photos, etc. from your phone. And maybe contact your bank to put a watch on your card(s) and accounts, in case someone has hacked your account.

Some phones can do voice calls over wifi (if your home wifi is not the same account as your phone). That may allow you to still have some ability to get and make calls.

Hopefully you didn't get hacked or anything like that, and it's something simpler -- one time my bank flagged a transaction as suspicious because I ordered something from overseas. I had missed an email alerting me, but it was easily cleared up once I went to the bank. Good luck!
