service or company - that can repair a Kobalt Electric Lawn Mower - purchased at Lowe's in the Chicago Area.

Currently - I'm getting the run around from both Lowe's and Kobalt with their lack of customer service.

Both say they can't help me.

Either both companies don't believe or trust in their product/line (Kobalt) or they just don't provide Customer Service to their customers.

I'm at my wit's end. I realize my warranty is expired as I purchased this mower in 2018.

I'm not looking for them to give me a new mower or replace this one for free. I'm willing to take it to a lawn mower repair service. Have them fix it. And I would pay for it myself. I just want to be able to cut my grass.

I was told by Kobalt that they don't have service centers set up to repair their lawn mowers. This is 2025. I purchased this product in 2018. Seven years have gone by without Lowe's or Kobalt to set up a repair network. Not hard to do. Bring in some Kobalt experts to train lawn mower repair people and train them how to service their product.

It's a win-win for both Kobalt and Lowe's if they did this. I would think they'd sell more product. Even the lawn mower repair businesses would benefit.

Bottom line - Lowe's and Kobalt just don't care.

I'll never purchase another product from Lowe's again. They rank at the bottom for Customer Service.
