8. I wouldn't choose DeBlasio or Bloomberg (a Dem last I checked, but it's Thursday, who knows)...

...but I'd take either of them over Cuomo or Adams.

And of course, there was Rudy, as you say.

New York is one of the most liberal and Democratic cities in the country, and is an area with an above average level of education. I'd have hoped for a better string of mayors.
